The Stan Pitt Award will be presented during the Annual Parish Meeting on Thursday 28th April at 7.00pm at Peckleton Village Hall.
The purpose of the meeting is for you, the residents of Kirkby Mallory, Peckleton and Stapleton, to ask questions and have your say on anything you consider is important to the people of the Parish—is there anything you want to see improved or changed?

After a long delay due to lockdown, we were delighted to be able to finally present Peter Leech with his award.
The award was formally presented by Dr Luke Evans MP, with Sally Sharpling (daughter of Stan Pitt), Peter Chick and Angela Porter present.

We want to recognise and thank the people (individual or group) who have worked to improve the villages of Stapleton, Peckleton and Kirkby Mallory.

Following nominations receive between February and April this year, Mr Roy Stafford was awarded with the third annual presentation of the Stan Pitt Community Award, as part of the Peckleton Parish Council Annual Parish Meeting on Monday 16th May 2016.
